Exult Healthcare's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, evidence-based treatment for individuals dealing with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or co-occurring disorders. IOP allows you to receive intensive therapeutic support while continuing to live at home and maintain your daily responsibilities.

What to Expect in Our IOP

Our IOP typically meets 3 to 5 days per week for approximately 3 hours per session. Programming includes:

• Individual therapy with a licensed therapist
• Process and psychoeducational group therapy
• Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Relapse prevention planning
• Family involvement and education
• Life skills and coping strategies training
• Discharge planning and aftercare coordination
