Jerritt Todd, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
I have a wide range of experience counseling children, teens, adults, and geriatric clients. I offer a person-centered approach that mixes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Humanistic methods. I give you the tools to help unearth and work through challenges, and support you in using them alongside the therapeutic process. The world seems more open and we're able to connect with each other easier—but as open as it is, it's also overwhelming. Too many options can give pause on where to start and how to identify what will fit for you. I can help with that. I specialize in geriatric struggles, ADHD, anger issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and creating a routine. I also offer methods that can help teens or young adults going through college improve study methods and balance time to improve grade performance. This ever-changing world can be harsh, and trying to face it alone can feel like a crushing weight. I strive to help you remove that weight, adapt, and build the skills you need to create your own healthy, happy environment. I earned my Master's in Counseling from East Texas Baptist University and am licensed by the State of Texas (LPC #80453).
