Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

Location: Hybrid only

Schedule: At least 2 days/week in Sherman (5 preferred). Remote-only will not work.

Credentials: Texas APRN + PMHNP-BC and active Texas DEA required.

Type: 1099 contract, FT or PT, not PRN, not W-2.

Week 1: Outpatient adult med management and follow-up (~15-min med checks, 45-min NP visits), EHR notes, coordinate with therapy. TMS partnership optional; training provided.

Must-haves:

• TX PMHNP-BC
• TX DEA
• 2–4 years relevant experience
• 2 days in Sherman
• Adults
• English
• Psych-floor nursing a plus, not required

Type: Caseload role (not hourly W-2).

Week 1: Individual, family, and group therapy for outpatient adults; evaluations, treatment plans, notes; coordinate with psychiatry.

Must-haves:

• Master's in psych/counseling/social work or related
• Independent TX license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCDC)
• 2+ years preferred, not required
• Adults

• No nights/weekends/on-call

Pay: $40 per patient first 20/week, $45 after.

Medical Assistant / TMS Technician

Location: On-site only

Credentials: No professional license.

Type: On-site only, Mon–Fri.

Week 1: Run the TMS room under clinician protocol (training provided), stay with the patient, document, turn over the room. This role does not diagnose, prescribe, or change coil placement, motor threshold, or treatment parameters.

Must-haves:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• On time, follows a written protocol, comfortable with psychiatric outpatients
• No TMS experience required
